The policy
If Nap isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to give a reason.
Nap runs free for two days before it asks for a key, so you can see exactly what you’re buying first. The refund window is for everything the trial couldn’t tell you.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Tell us the email address or the licence key and that’s enough.
What happens then
Dodo Payments, who handled your payment, return the money the same way you paid. Banks usually take a few days to show it.
Your licence key stops working when the payment is refunded, and Nap goes back to the way it was before you bought it. Your settings stay as they are.
