Terms and Conditions

These terms cover buying and using Nap. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

Who you are buying from

Nap is made by Scanner Techs. You can reach us at [email protected].

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who are the merchant of record: they sell Nap to you on our behalf, take the payment, handle tax, and appear on your statement. Their terms cover the sale itself.

Your licence

One payment buys a licence key for Nap’s screensavers.

• The key works on one Mac at a time, and you can move it to another Mac whenever you like. Press Deactivate in Nap on the old one first.
• The key has no expiry, and there is nothing to renew.
• Everyone using one Mac shares its licence.
• The licence is for your own use. Please don’t share the key, publish it, or sell it on.

Updates

Updates to the screensavers you bought are included, for as long as we keep making them. If we ever sell something genuinely new, that would be its own purchase, and we would say so plainly.

Refunds

A full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. See the refund policy.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We take care with Nap, test it on real Macs, and fix what breaks. But it is a screensaver, sold as it is: we can’t promise it will suit every Mac, every display or every version of macOS, and we aren’t liable for loss beyond what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new ones apply to purchases made after that. The date below tells you when they last changed.
